Your order will be processed within TWO business days after it has been submitted (if in stock). Once processed your order will be sent via Post Haste couriers (New Zealand only). Delivery is usually ONE to TWO working days for the North Island and TWO to THREE working days for the South Island.  If you have ordered an eFlip book you will receive a link via email to your eFlip book within ONE business day.

No, we use Post Haste couriers and they require that all freight is labelled with a New Zealand (North or South Island) street address.

Yes, all payments via our website are processed through Stripe.  You can pay using your credit card and your transaction is secure and encrypted. Your personal information, credit card details and credit card payments are all secure when you shop on the NuLake website.  

Shipping books from New Zealand to an overseas address via NZ Post is very expensive and always costs more than the value of the books.  NuLake Ltd offers an alternative for overseas customers which is our eFlip Books which are compatible with all desktop computers, Chromebooks and mobile devices.  It includes links and the ability to add annotations and bookmarks.  Within ONE business day of purchase you will receive a link to your eFlip book with authorisation being your email address.

Orders totalling less than $30 pay a freight charge of $8.00.  If the value of your order exceeds $30 it is freight FREE.  These freight charges are applicable to New Zealand customers only.  Note: There is no freight charge on eFlip books.

Yes our eFlip Books are identical in both paging and content to the printed versions of our books, but in addition they include links to the answers and in our senior books links to YouTube videos.

The NuLake Digital Bookcase displays all the electronic versions (eFlip) of our books in a bookcase.  Individuals who purchase an eFlip Book or eFlip Bundle receive a link to our digital bookcase and can then click on the book(s) they have purchased and enter their email address to gain access.

Our eFlip Notebooks are designed to enable students to print out 'write on' answer pages for the equivalent eFlip Book.  You can print out hardcopy 'write on' answer pages or create a PDF and then write on them with a stylus within an applicable tablet app or Chromebook program etc.  When you purchase an eFlip Book you automatically get access to the equivalent eFlip Notebook (currently applies to Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13 eFlip Books).

The best way to print the pages from your eFlip Notebook is to click on the print icon and then choose the page configuration you require and then click on the 'Print' button and print as a PDF.  Ensure the page orientation is 'Portrait, the page size 'A4', the scale '100%' and the option print headers and footers deselected.  You can then print the PDF created to get hardcopy pages OR load them directly onto your tablet or Chomebook using one of the many apps, thereby enabling you to 'write on' the Notebook with a stylus.

No.  Our eFlip books are not a PDF of our books.  They include links, YouTube videos and the ability to add annotations and bookmarks etc.  They can be displayed on multiple devices, but not shared or downloaded as a PDF.  Access authorisation to an eFlip book is by a users email address only.  The 'Print' tool is not available on our eFlip Books only our eFlip Notebooks.  If you wish to print a page of your eFlip Book we suggest you first zoom in on the page and then screenshot the page and crop it before printing. 

No. You can buy online without registering first. Just select the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the applicable 'add to cart' button. Click on the 'check out' button and choose the option to 'continue as a guest'. You will be required to enter your shipping and billing information and then credit card details. You will then receive confirmation of your order and payment by email. We usually ship hardcopy within 24 hours and goods couriered to the North Island usually arrive the following day, while to the South Island they usually takes two days. eFlip Books are shipped within ONE business day of receiving your order.
